Casting Call

I have two bits of casting information to pass along.

The first is a small tidbit from one source. Apparently the show was looking for two hispanic females to play Potential SIT's. From what little I do know, my guess is that they won't be actual SIT's, as these will either be non-speaking or very-limited speaking roles.

The next tidbit is much bigger news, as it's giving us more info on Episode 15. I have confirmed this information through one of my independent sources (who does such a great job). Amy at Filmjerk.com posted the following.

Buffy The Vampire Slayer : Three African males, 55 to 80 years old needed. Must speak fluent Swahili. These very old African men wearing cowls created the first slayer with their dark magiks. Buffy travels through a portal back in time to find the origins of the very first slayer and confronts these men in Episode 15. Do we need the first slayer to kill the first vampire? Signs point to yes!

So it would appear that there is going to be some real time-travel going on in Episode 15. No dream sequence or magic gourds needed this time around. Which could open a world of possibilities. Could we really be in store for a surprise, as Buffy becomes the key to the creation of the Slayers in some manner? (doing that whole "chicken-egg" time-travel storyline) More importantly, are we finally going to get the answers to the statements posed by both Adam and Dracula as to the source of Slayer power.
