Q & A

Killing Time

Still very slow on the Spoiler Front, though Wanda has posted her thoughts on the possibility of Season Eight at E! Online (my take is that it's still way too early to call)

In the meantime, it might be a good time to address some commonly asked questions in the mailbox.

When is Faith coming back?

More than likely the final five episodes of the season. I would expect a non-crossover/crossover written by Steven DeKnight (doing the episode of 'Angel' where she leaves, and the episode of 'Buffy' where she arrives).

Who is under contract for next season?

No clue, but according to many reports James, Alyson, and Nick are signed (though I can't find any solid info that points to this). It's pretty much a given that one cast member will not be back, as Emma has been stating since last summer that she's not going to continue past this season.

How can Wood possibly be Nikki's son?

Don't ask me, it's television.

Why don't you just admit that you're a Buffy/Spike shipper and completely biased in your ranking of spoilers? (I get this one at least once a week)

Probably because I'm not and my rankings aren't. Like it or not, Spike is the male lead on the show and of course he's going to be central to the storyline. But honestly, I really could care less about ships and have no preference for who the characters date or hook up with. Unless we're talking about 'Monarch of the Glen', I'm such a Archie/Katrina shipper that I've almost stopped watching the show (not that I dislike Lexie, but I don't understand how anyone could think there would be any competition from either Justine or Stella)

Why are you downplaying the chances that another network will pick up 'Firefly'?

Cupid, Profit, Robbery Homicide Division, Clerks, It's Like You Know, Feds, etc.

What's your favorite TV show, movie, where do you get your spoilers, who's your favorite Buffy character, episode, season? (just to name a few)

Maison Ikkoku, American Beauty, not telling, Anya, 'Lie To Me', Four.
