Buffy Bits

Wanda's chat archive is available at E! Online. The only tidbit that I haven't heard yet, is that the 'Big Bads' on 'Angel' and 'Buffy' will be connected this season.

Personally, I honestly have to say that I doubt this. But then again, I doubted that the 'Big Bad' on Buffy would turn out to be the 'First Evil'. So it wouldn't be the first time that I've been off in my speculation.

Loose Threads

I've gotten a few emails about the info I posted yesterday, figured I would clarify a couple of points.

As far as I know, Spike is not going to be absent from the show itself. What limited info I have does not have Spike interacting with the Scoobies. Something seems to happen at the end of Episode 9, which leaves the Scoobies concerned about his whereabouts.

With the SIT's arriving in Sunnydale, I have the feeling that the writers needed to relocate Spike for a short while. Much like the end of last season, I expect that we'll be seeing what's going on with Spike, but the Scoobies will be more concerned with 'The Gathering' and figuring out what the 'Big Bad' is going to do next.

The powerful vampire I mentioned is not going to be Drusilla. From what I've heard, it's going to be your general, run-of-the-mill, tougher than normal vampire.
