November 05, 2002Shoot Info, Tom Lenk Interview, TV Guide
Back To The Basement Gianna posted the following at FanForum yesterday. It's a new source, but the info itself seems to fit what little we know about 'Sleeper'. It's also not unusual for some of these scenes to be filmed out of order, so the Giles information at the bottom could very well be for Episode 9. Likewise, Fraz and BubonicPlague posted some other info at FanForum which would seem to confirm this shoot. Supposedly they actually had the opportunity to speak with James Marsters, and he made a comment about shooting scenes where he was 'burying bodies'. Although originally it was stated that he was doing this with Giles, it could have been something that got lost in translation. Don’t know if anyone’s posted any of this info yet, because I didn’t have time to wade through the past thread, but…. I got a hold of the second unit shooting sheet for this past Saturday’s shoot for ep. 8/ Sleeper. The sheet also lists two characters listed as 'Bringers' (one with eyes, one without). I don't know if they have anything in common with the Harbingers from 'Amends', but fans who have paid attention will remember that they had symbols carved over their eye sockets (and no eyes). Could be the connection that will link the Slayer-In-Training deaths with 'The First'
SciFi Wire has posted an interview with Tom Lenk, where he confirms the return of both Andrew and Jonathan in an upcoming episode. The interesting thing is that he states that he will be doing episodes past the one where they return. Which begs the question, will Jonathan be the one to pass on? Or will something entirely different happen. Sweeps is getting more interesting by the minute.
Last bit for the day, TV Guide has posted the summary to 'Sleeper'. Sleeper 60 min. As Dawn and Willow recover from their chaotic night at the Summers house, Buffy probes a series of grisly murders that may be the work of Spike. Aimee Mann appears and performs “Pavlov's Bell.” Charlotte: Robinne Lee.From this info, it would seem that this may be a possible two-parter with 'Conversations With Dead People'. Then again, it might just be the wording. At the least, the events in Episode Seven will have an impact on Episode Eight. |
