Some of you might have noticed the change from a normal e-mail address to a new form-based 'Talkback'. This change was for two reasons. First, I wanted to provide an easier way for people to get in touch with me. Second, I wanted to provide some guidelines and tips on the best way to get a response (ie: Don't send me any speculation).

Try as I might, it's just become unrealistic to answer all the mail that I receive (on average, I get about 50 e-mails daily). While I will always respond to your comments about the site, ideas for changes or improvements, and the various spoilers and leads that I might get, I simply don't have the time to answer 'Speculative' e-mails. I feel bad about not doing so, but consider the fact that out of those daily e-mails, about 30% are devoted to 'Who I think the BSD is' or 'Did you notice that Clem was the demon in Life Serial', I'm simply running out of steam.

Now That Was A Bad Movie

I've added a bit to the FAQ about Links. While I would love to provide a Link to every site which links to the Spoiler Slayer, again it's becoming an issue of time and space. Therefore I've trimmed the Link list a bit on the Home Page and will likely not be adding to it (unless a hot new Spoiler Site comes along). I don't want to end up being a destination for people trying to find Buffy sites. I'm here for the Spoilers, and there are other excellent sites devoted to tracking and indexing Buffy Sites (BuffySearch.com).

In choosing the sites that are listed, I tried to go with those that are well-known for both their Spoilers and News. This caused me to trim a few sites which I really enjoy visiting, however they really didn't fit into either of those categories. In the same vein as the e-mail, it's not that I don't appreciate people who link to the Spoiler Slayer. It's more a matter of what the majority of the fans want to see. I could spend more time answering mail and developing a large index of Site Links, but it would mean that the Spoilery Speculation would only be updated once a day (or even less).

In working so much on this site, I've kind of been ignoring my personal page. Which is not something that I really wanted to happen. For those of you who visit it on a regular basis, I've taken it offline for now. It will be relaunched on March 1st with a new design and format.
