Finally, and this is why I hate posting Speculation, the following was posted at the Bronze.

From my local TV magazine: Well, it seems that Marc Blucas is going back to his old haunts. Blucas will reprise the role of Riley on Buffy the Vampire Slayer on February 26th episode. In addition, a setside source confirms that Eliza Dushku, who played troublemaking slayer, Faith during the 1998-99 season, was seen on the set of Buffy, and will return to the part very briefly. Though, it is not certain what the actual nature of her appearance entails. Her return was kept very hush-hush, and she will not be credited for the episode. In addition, Mercedes McNab will reprise her role as ditzy vampire Harmony towards the end of the season. Juliet Landau will also be back for one episode as Drusilla, and she may also return to Angel for a longer stay. David Boreanaz and Charisma Carpenter may crossover to Buffy for the season finale, if the WB allows them. Reportedly, this year's finale will be action-packed and Boreanaz and Carpenter's returns are necessary to the storyline.

I am highly skeptical that this is an actual article, it sounds like it was written by a fan rather than a real source. For one, note that they explain who Faith and Harmony are, but not Riley. Also check out the third sentence, which redefines the term 'run-on'. The timing is what bothers me the most. A confirmation like this so close on the heels of my original post, it just seems suspicious.
