Spoiler Slayer

First it was a cousin of a friend, then it was someone who knew someone who did janitorial service on the Buffy set, now people are even using their grandmothers to spread fake spoilers.

Yes, we have another report of Marc Blucas returning to Buffy, from an eavesdropping grandma. It showed up at the Cross and Stake.

A friend passed this along to me. Supposedly some girls grandma saw Marc Blucas in Malibu the other day and wrote her granddaughter about the experience.

Hi Rosie!

I just had to mail you about who I saw! Mark Blue? I recognized him from the photos you have of him and "Buffy".

Anyway, I was at a restaurant in Malibu and I noticed two teenage girls debating whether or not to approach this young man. Well, the girls went up (he was sitting across from me) and started telling him how much they liked his work on Buffy. That got my attention.

Mark was very polite and held up a script in his hands and said that they'd see him on there again soon. He said he was gonna be in an upcoming episode and we'd all be shocked and surprised at what's new with Riley.

So, there you go.

I didn't approach him, but I did eavesdrop. As soon as the girls walked away, he went back to reading and eating his salad. He was wearing jeans and a black t-shirt. He also had a baseball cap, but he had taken it off during dinner, which I approved of. He tipped well and carried his script and a cell phone from the restaurant.

Are you doing okay in school? Mom told me that you were having trouble with french. Just remember ... we can't go to france if you don't master it. :)
