November 14, 2001Saw the episode, but I'm
Saw the episode, but I'm not going to update until tomorrow. I did start scratching my head halfway through the episode, because I started remember spoilers where Spike got burned and Anya stayed behind in the Magic Box with him. A quick check turned up these spoilers, which I never did find an official source. The interesting portion is... 6.08. “Tabula Rasa”One can clearly see where mistakes were made (similar ones were in the Musical summary that went with this post). But that isn't the thing that bugs me about these spoilers. What bothers me is that although things are wrong, the tidbit on episode 10 is correct (and something that wasn't backed up until a few days ago). The spoilers that were right (or off) could have been taken from other internet sources, but that bit had to come from a quality source. If they were in the know that much, then why are the other bits off. It could be that someone got casting sides for the Warlock characters, but it should have been confirmed by another source like BAPS or FanForum (who usually get this stuff ahead of time). But if you got it another way, wouldn't you have the correct episode titles? Just seems a bit odd. Anyway, there's a lot to consider before I rerank the spoilers tomorrow morning (which is why I'm going to sleep on it). However, I think that we're going to hit a break for real spoilers soon. We might get info for Eleven, but I think anything after that will be up in the air until after the holidays. I'm also going to nix a bunch of the general spoilers that were ranked 'Highly Unlikely' and add a few new ones. On a side note: I've noticed something interesting, although it should have cropped up on Buffy last week and I didn't notice it. If you watched Angel last night, there was a scene where Holtz was being taken to get his men, and there were a number of American flags posted on the garage doors and walls of the street. Tonight, when I watched Crossing Jordan (Tivo'ed), I noticed that in the scene where they are analyzing the phone message, the laptop had an American flag sticker on the front. I didn't catch anything in Buffy, but I was wondering if people noticed it in that show or others. Link |
