This morning we have the

This morning we have the first hint of the episode titles/writers for the first seven episodes of the Season. I am going to move some of them up to Nearly Confirmed, as they are coming from an extremely reliable source (Rayne, who used to run the Shooting Script Site). However, a few of the titles have no reliable source (that I have seen yet), and go against what we've currently been hearing. Mainly, the Halloween episode is titled Asylum, which sounds like it would more likely be episode eight. The ones that seem reliable are in bold.

  1. Bargaining Part One - Written by Marti Noxon

  2. Bargaining Part Two - Written by David Fury

  3. Afterlife - Written by Jane Espenson

  4. Flooded - Written by Jane E. and Doug Petrie / Directed by Doug P.

  5. Life Serial - Written by Rebecca Kirschner

  6. Asylum - Written by Steven DeKnight

  7. Unknown - Written/Directed by Joss Whedon

While a good outline, I think everything after 'Afterlife' is questionable. We know that Joss will be doing the musical, which will now be episode seven. We also know that Steven was doing the Halloween episode, which is now going to be episode six. So there is still an unknown episode sitting in the middle of this list, possible being worked on by Drew Greenberg. The scheduling is getting more than a bit confused, with some sources claiming the premiere is simply being called episode one, even though it's two episodes. So things we may hear about episode two, might actually be for episode three. I'm still basing everything on episode four being the one that was added, as episode five spoilers sound a lot like the former episode four spoilers. Confused yet? You can understand where I'm coming from. Anyway, I'm going to add the above list to the Spoiler Slayer page but I'm still keeping the gap between 'Afterlife' and 'Flooded'.
